SEWER RATES
Rates are set by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. Shown below is a summary of the sewer rates for all services rendered on and after August 16, 2017.

Capital Improvement Fee: $3,207.00 per EDU*
*EDU=Equivalent Dwelling Unit 1 EDU=150 gallons per day

Security Deposit:
All new applicants for service shall deposit the greater of a sum equal to two twelfths of the average annual usage of the applicant's specific customer class or fifty dollars.

Residential Sewer:
Metered: Average 3,800 gallons = $63.12 x 2 = $126.24
Unmetered: Average 4,500 gallons = $74.76  x 2 = $149.52
Commercial Sewer:
Average 17,500 gallons = $290.68 x 2 = $581.36
Industrial Sewer:
Average 40,200 gallons = $667.72 x 2 = $1,335.44
Public Authority Sewer:
Average 73,200 gallons = $1,215.85 x 2 = $2,431.70

Security Deposit:

Average 2,879 gallons= $56.74 x 2= $113.48
Commercial Water:
Average 167 gallons = $49.25 x 2= $98.50

Bill Statement Date:
The date we mail the bills.

 

Late Date: The last date that the bill may be paid without incurring a 10% penalty.

Delinquency Date: The date the bill becomes delinquent-day after latest pay date.

Previous Balance: The previous month's charge.
